There is nothing better than eating fresh fish you caught yourself!

After a successful fishing trip, you may be so worn out that cooking dinner is the last thing you want to do, or it could just be that you are staying somewhere without cooking facilities—whatever the reason, you still want to eat your catch while it is fresh. Good news! We'll cook your catch for you while you relax, have a drink and recount the day's events.

Bring in your catch and choose one of the following preparations.

• Ceviche
• Blackened
• Grilled
• Broiled
• Sushi
• Baked
• Boulibasse
• En papilotte

Depending on the type of fish, you name it and we can prepare it to suit your tastes. (Just think, YOU don't have to clean that fish!)

Your freshly cooked catch is served on platters with a sauce of your choice and accompanied by salad, your choice of potatoes, rice, or French fries and the vegetable of the day. French bread or fresh chips and salsa will also be served. Cost is $13.95 per person for up to one pound of fish (and that's a LOT of fish!), and if you have more than one pound, it is $4.00 per pound per preparation.

You worked hard for that catch, and we relish the chance to make it tasty for you.
