Ribeye Steak a la Parrilla: Grilled Ribeye steak served with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, guajillo chili sauce
Carne Asada: Marinated and grilled Top Sirloin, served with rice, refried beans, garnish and corn tortillas
Fajitas: Your choice of chicken, carne asada or shrimp, served with sauteed onions and bell peppers, fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo,warm corn tortillas, Mexican rice, black beans
Costillas De Puerco: Baby back ribs slow-cooked with house-made chipotle BBQ sauce, served with Cole slaw and garlic fries

Cabo Prawns: Sauteed prawns served in a chipotle-tequila sauce, rice and grilled corn-avocado salsa
Salmon Rostisado: Roasted salmon with lemon-caper sauce, rice & vegetables

Baja Tacos: Three soft corn tortillas filled with beer-battered and deep-fried Mahi-Mahi, topped with cabbage lightly dressed in a ranch-style South of the Border sauce and avocado slices, served with Mexican rice & refried beans

Traditional Tostada: House- made crispy flat corn shell with refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, and your choice of filling served with rice (add carne asada, crab or shrimp)
Tacos Tacos Tacos: Combination of any three. Three soft or crispy corn taco shells stuffed with shredded lettuce and your choice of filling, served with pico de gallo, rice & refried beans - 12.95 (not available with crab)
Chimichanga: Your choice of filling, deep-fried in a flour tortilla stuffed with rice, black beans, onions, bell peppers, Jack cheese, served with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole (add carne asada, crab or shrimp)
Enchiladas: Combination of any two. Your choice of filling wrapped in fresh corn tortillas topped with Home-made red or green sauce & melted cheese, served with refried beans, served with Mexican rice & onion-cilantro garnish (add crab, shrimp and carne asada)
Grilled Quesadillas: Spinach flour tortilla, served with pico de gallo, guacamole & sour cream (add shrimp, carne asada & crab)
Burrito Supremo: Spinach tortilla with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream & guacamole (add shrimp or crab)
